Change of Plans!

I'm really excited to post this update, because it's a fresh reminder that God is the One calling the shots, and I really don't have anything to do with it...In short, God has radically changed my direction for the next couple of years, and I'm going to an entirely different continent! It is exciting and encouraging, although things are a little crazy at the moment.

Unfortunately, because of security issues, I can't give details here without risking harm to some of our faithful brothers and sisters around the world. For that reason, I will also be forced to shut down this blog very soon. However, if you would like to find out what's going on (and stay updated in the future), please send an e-mail to "ultimateforhim@yahoo.com" with "Updates" in the subject line. I can fill you in from there, and I hope you'll continue to play this important role as a prayer warrior in the work God is doing around the world!

Following Christ is just that: following. And it's always an adventure!

Changes Coming

I have decided that following Christ is the most exciting adventure known to man. We have the most powerful Being in the universe guiding and protecting, and we get to enjoy His blessings without having to worry about anything! (In fact, He commands us not to worry about anything!) All He asks is simple obedience as we follow on paths that we know end up for His glory and our good. How can that bring anything but joyous peace?

There are still a few details to be worked out, but God seems to be opening some incredible doors that involve drastic chances for the next two years. I can't say until everything is official, but I promise it's cool...

In order to prepare for these changes, I have been forced to remove previous updates on this blog. I'll be updating shortly with some new ways to stay connected and pray specifically, a vital role in the work God is doing around the world.
